This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”, “AUP”) applies exclusively to business customers (B2B). All references to “Client”, “you”, or “your” refer to a business entity or its authorized representative acting in a commercial capacity. This Policy does not apply to individual consumers, and consumer protection laws do not apply to our Services.
Business Client: A legal business entity, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of such entity, using Mubdie LLC’s Services for commercial purposes.
Authority. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business entity you represent and to enter into binding commercial agreements.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”, “AUP”) governs the use of all Services provided by Mubdie LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our Services, the Client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to comply with this Policy.
This AUP applies to all websites, booking systems, SaaS platforms, hosting environments, and digital services provided by the Company.
The Client must use the Services in a lawful manner and in compliance with:

1.1.5. Applicable local and international laws
The Client is solely responsible for all content uploaded, published, or transmitted through the Services.
The Client may not use the Services for any illegal purpose, including:
2.1.1. Fraud or identity theft
2.1.2. Money laundering
2.1.3. Phishing or scams
2.1.4. Distribution of counterfeit products
2.1.5. Unauthorized access to systems or networks
The Client may not engage in:
2.2.1. Spamming or mass unsolicited messages
2.2.2. Malware distribution
2.2.3. DDoS attacks
2.2.4. Hacking attempts
2.2.5. Interference with platform performance
The Client may not upload, publish, or distribute:
2.3.1. Pornographic or adult content
2.3.2. Violent or extremist content
2.3.3. Hate speech or discriminatory content
2.3.4. Defamatory or libelous material
2.3.5. Copyright‑infringing content
2.3.6. Illegal medical claims or unlicensed medical advice
2.3.7. Misleading or deceptive content
The Services may not be used for:
2.4.1. Gambling or betting
2.4.2. Cryptocurrency trading platforms (unless approved)
2.4.3. Weapons or ammunition sales
2.4.4. Drugs or controlled substances
2.4.5. Fake documents or certifications
The Company does not provide telemedicine systems. The Client may not use the Services to:
3.1.1. Diagnose medical conditions
3.1.2. Provide medical treatment
3.1.3. Issue prescriptions
3.1.4. Conduct medical consultations through the platform
If the Client is a doctor or clinic, they are solely responsible for:
3.2.1. Medical advice
3.2.2. Patient communication
3.2.3. Compliance with healthcare regulations
3.2.4. Obtaining patient consent
The Client must:
4.1.1. Use strong passwords
4.1.2. Protect login credentials
4.1.3. Prevent unauthorized access
The Client must notify the Company immediately of any suspected security breach.
The Client may not:
5.1.1. Overload servers
5.1.2. Attempt to bypass security controls
5.1.3. Modify platform code
5.1.4. Reverse engineer the Services
The Company may limit usage if the Client’s activity negatively impacts platform performance.
If the Client violates this Policy, the Company may:
6.1.1. Suspend the account
6.1.2. Terminate the Service
6.1.3. Remove prohibited content
6.1.4. Block access to the platform
6.1.5. Report illegal activity to authorities
Suspension or termination due to AUP violations does not entitle the Client to a refund.
The Company may update this Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on mubdie.net.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

Prices are listed exclusive of VAT. Where applicable, VAT must be accounted for by the customer under the reverse‑charge mechanism.
