Backups Hosting services are intended to host websites within defined operational constraints; hosting accounts must not be used as a centralized backup repository or large-scale data archive. Mubdie reserves the right to remove backups from accounts, with or without notice.

Jurisdiction and Compliance as Hosting Providers Expand
User Responsibility Users must ensure their use of the services complies with applicable local and international laws, including laws related to defamation, unsolicited communications, privacy, obscene content, and intellectual property. Mubdie reserves the right to consider and apply local legal requirements and respond accordingly.
