Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of Mubdie’s services and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Terms defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning here unless otherwise stated. Mubdie reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.

General Principles

  • Mubdie’s services are provided for lawful and legitimate purposes only. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the services.
  • Mubdie reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any user who violates this Policy.
  • Any material or conduct that Mubdie reasonably determines to be in breach of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of services or removal of content, with or without notice.
  • Failure to respond to communications from our Abuse team within the specified timeframes may result in suspension or termination of your services.

Prohibited Uses (General) You must not use the services, directly or indirectly, for any illegal, harmful, or liability-exposing activity, including but not limited to:

  • Disclosing or storing sensitive personal data in violation of law or privacy requirements.
  • Storing or processing protected health information or other regulated medical data without required legal compliance.
  • Phishing, identity theft, or other fraudulent activities.
  • Distributing malware, including viruses, trojans, or worms.
  • Promoting or facilitating prostitution or human trafficking.
  • Hosting Ponzi schemes or other fraudulent marketing practices.
  • Hosting, distributing, or linking to child sexual exploitation material or other content harmful to minors — such content will be suspended immediately and reported to appropriate authorities.
  • Publishing pornography or providing escort services in ways that violate applicable laws or our Terms.
  • Promoting, facilitating, or distributing illegal drugs or selling prescription medication without a valid prescription.
  • Unlicensed gambling.
  • Promoting, facilitating, or supporting violence or terrorist activities.
  • Infringing others’ intellectual property or proprietary rights.
  • Any behavior that interferes with or disrupts Mubdie’s services or adversely affects other customers.

Resource Abuse and Network Misuse Excessive consumption of server or network resources or any use that degrades service performance or causes outages for other customers is prohibited, including:

  • Hosting or linking to anonymous proxy servers or anonymization networks.
  • Operating unlicensed file-sharing services.
  • Running plugins, scripts, or processes that unduly strain systems.
  • Using automated programs or bots that harm service performance or communications channels.

Unauthorized Access and Hacking You may not use the services to access any network or system without authorization, including:

  • Scanning or probing for vulnerabilities without explicit permission.
  • Launching attacks against other networks (e.g., DDoS or botnet activity).
  • Intercepting or monitoring third‑party data without authorization.
  • Using crawlers, scrapers, robots, spiders, offline readers, macro programs, or other automated methods to access, copy, index, or obtain content from Mubdie or its servers for unauthorized purposes.

Backups Hosting services are intended to host websites within defined operational constraints; hosting accounts must not be used as a centralized backup repository or large-scale data archive. Mubdie reserves the right to remove backups from accounts, with or without notice.

Email and Spam

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email or unauthorized mass-mailing campaigns via our services is prohibited.
  • Selling or using purchased contact lists for spam is prohibited.
  • Any account that causes Mubdie IP addresses to be listed on blocklists will be suspended or terminated immediately.
  • Forging or falsifying message headers or using our services for Spamvertising is prohibited.

Enforcement and Remedies

  • Services may be suspended or terminated, with or without notice, for violations of this Policy.
  • Mubdie may disable or remove any content that it deems prohibited or harmful in its sole discretion to protect users or the company’s interests.
  • Violations may be reported to law enforcement or other competent authorities as appropriate.
  • Failure to respond to Abuse team communications within the specified timeframe (typically 48 hours unless otherwise stated) may result in suspension or termination of service.
  • Mubdie is responsible for enforcing this Policy in its discretion while complying with applicable legal processes.

Jurisdiction and Compliance as Hosting Providers Expand

  • Sites hosted via Mubdie are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the physical servers reside or are operated by Mubdie or any of its hosting providers. This includes, but is not limited to, the United States and any other countries or jurisdictions where our providers operate.
  • Mubdie acts as a content host and is not the arbiter of the legality or defamatory nature of user content. Mubdie will not determine whether material is defamatory except as compelled by a valid court order or formal legal request from an appropriate authority in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • As Mubdie or its providers expand into additional jurisdictions, compliance obligations and legal requirements in those jurisdictions will automatically apply to the related content and services without a need to amend this Policy explicitly.
  • Mubdie reserves the right, when necessary to comply with law or to protect its legitimate interests, to restrict or disable access to specific content globally or within defined geographic regions in response to court orders or legal requests.
  • Users acknowledge that determination of legality is the responsibility of competent courts and authorities; Mubdie will cooperate with such authorities and execute lawful orders as required.
  • Legal notices or compliance requests should be directed to the legal contact or email address that Mubdie publishes through its official channels.

User Responsibility Users must ensure their use of the services complies with applicable local and international laws, including laws related to defamation, unsolicited communications, privacy, obscene content, and intellectual property. Mubdie reserves the right to consider and apply local legal requirements and respond accordingly.
