Domain Name Dispute Policy

Domain Name Dispute Policy — Mubdie Ltd

Last modified: November 19, 2025

  1. Scope and role of Mubdie Ltd
Mubdie Ltd (UK Reg. No. 16516230) is a hosting and services provider and does not act as an arbiter of domain‑name ownership disputes. Disputes over the ownership, registration, or the textual form of a domain name (e.g., claims of trademark infringement, cybersquatting, or competing registrations) must be resolved between the parties or through an appropriate dispute resolution forum or court. Mubdie can assist with takedown or content‑related complaints about material hosted on its systems, but cannot determine or transfer legal title to a domain name.

  2. UDRP and other remedies for domain disputes
Disputes concerning the registration or ownership of domain names are commonly resolved under ICANN’s Uniform Domain‑Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) or through court proceedings. For information about the UDRP process and filing requirements, please see: https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/udrp‑2012‑02‑25 (ICANN UDRP information).

  3. How to proceed depending on your complaint

  • Domain ownership or registration disputes (wording/ownership of the domain): File a UDRP complaint with an approved dispute‑resolution provider, or pursue the matter in the courts of competent jurisdiction. Mubdie cannot reverse, transfer, or adjudicate ownership based solely on an administrative complaint to our support or abuse channels.
  • Content complaints (material hosted on a site under a domain): If your concern relates to content published on a website that is hosted by Mubdie (for example alleged infringement, illegal content, defamation, or other content violations), follow the instructions below to submit a report. Mubdie will evaluate content complaints under its Acceptable Use and Legal Policies and respond as appropriate (removal, disablement, or referral), subject to applicable law and procedural requirements.
  1. Reporting content complaints — where to send them Please identify clearly (a) the domain and URL(s) where the allegedly infringing or unlawful content appears, (b) the specific complaint or legal basis, and (c) your contact details and any supporting evidence.
  • For Mubdie global / US‑facing services (mubdie.net / mubdie.com): submit content complaints via support@mubdie.net or via the abuse/abuse‑reporting form on mubdie.net (link in the Legal/Support section).
  • For Mubdie India (mubdie.in) or India‑specific legal requests: email our India Abuse & Legal team at legal@mubdie.in.
  • For formal legal process (court orders, subpoenas, DMCA notices, preservation orders, or data requests): follow the instructions in our DMCA and Data Request policies and send documents to the Legal team at datarequests@mubdie.net or dmca@mubdie.net as applicable.
  1. What to expect after filing a complaint
  • Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your report and may request additional information if needed to investigate.
  • Assessment: Mubdie will assess the complaint against its policies and applicable law. For content complaints, where appropriate we may remove or disable access to material, or seek further legal process. For domain ownership disputes, we will advise on UDRP/court options but will not adjudicate ownership.
  • Notification: Where legal or policy permits, we will attempt to notify the account holder or site administrator before taking action; however, notification may be withheld if legally required (e.g., by court order) or where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm.
  • Records: We retain records of complaints, actions taken, and related correspondence for compliance and audit purposes.
  1. Repeat/serial complaints and misuse Frivolous, fraudulent, or abusive complaints may be rejected and may expose the complainant to legal liability. Repeated false claims may result in refusal to act and could lead to account sanctions where abuse of the reporting process is demonstrated.

  2. Assistance and further guidance If you are uncertain whether your issue concerns domain ownership or hosted content, include both the domain ownership claim and a clear description of the content concern in your initial report; our Legal team will acknowledge receipt and advise on next steps. For UDRP filing guidance consult an IP attorney or an accredited UDRP provider.
