Mubdie Ltd — DMCA Policy

Last modified: November 19, 2025

  1. Overview
Mubdie Ltd (a UK‑registered technology and innovation company, No. 16516230, operator of mubdie.net) respects intellectual property rights and will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law. This DMCA Policy (the “Policy”) explains the information required in a notice of claimed copyright infringement, describes our counter‑notice procedure, and sets out Mubdie’s practices for handling infringement claims.

  2. How to file a notice of alleged infringement
To be effective, a written notice submitted to Mubdie must contain ALL of the following elements:

  • Complainant contact information: name, postal address, telephone number, and email address of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s): a description of the work(s) claimed to be infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material: sufficient information to allow Mubdie to locate the material (for example, the full URL(s) where the material appears).
  • Good‑faith belief statement: a statement that you have a good‑faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy and authority statement: a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Signature: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  1. Where to send notices
Submit signed notices using one of the following channels:
  • Email: dmca@mubdie.net
  • Postal mail: Mubdie Ltd — Legal Department — DMCA Notices; [insert legal postal address]
  • Web form: use the abuse/DMCA reporting form on mubdie.net (if available)

Important: If you email a notice and do not receive an acknowledgement within a reasonable time, resend using an alternate delivery method (postal or courier). Email delivery can occasionally fail or be filtered.

  1. Counter‑notice procedure (for account holders or content providers)
If Mubdie removes or disables access to material in response to a DMCA notice, the affected account holder or content provider may submit a counter‑notice. A valid counter‑notice must include ALL of the following:
  • The sender’s physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared prior to removal (for example, URL).
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the sender has a good‑faith belief that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
  • Sender contact information (name, address, telephone) and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the sender is located (or, if outside the United States, consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida), and that the sender accepts service of process from the original complainant (or their agent).

On receipt of a proper counter‑notice, Mubdie will take commercially reasonable steps to notify the original complainant and will generally restore the removed material within ten to fourteen (10–14) business days unless the complainant files a court action to prevent restoration and notifies Mubdie.

  1. Actions Mubdie may take; repeat infringers
  • Removal/disablement: Mubdie may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and/or suspend or terminate service accounts in appropriate circumstances.
  • Notice to customer: Mubdie will make a good‑faith attempt to notify the Customer and/or administrator of the affected site or content when access is removed or disabled.
  • Repeat infringers: Mubdie reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the services of customers who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
  1. Records, disclosures and legal liability
  • Recordkeeping: Mubdie may retain copies of notices, counter‑notices, and records of actions taken for audit and compliance.
  • Public disclosure: As with other legal notices, copies of infringement notices or related records may be archived, disclosed to third parties, or made publicly available if required or appropriate.
  • False claims: A person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees). If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, seek legal advice before submitting a notice.
  1. Miscellaneous
  • This Policy is incorporated by reference into Mubdie’s Terms and Conditions where applicable.
  • Mubdie may update this Policy from time to time; the “Last modified” date above reflects the most recent update.
  • Contact for DMCA notices and correspondence: dmca@mubdie.net (or the legal postal address above).
