Introduction
Mubdie maintains a zero‑tolerance policy for any use of its network or services to send, route, or store spam in any form. This policy applies to all customers, subscribers, and subcontractors using Mubdie services (collectively, “Mubdie Services”).

  1. Zero‑Tolerance Principle
  • Use of Mubdie Services to send unsolicited bulk email, commercial spam, or any form of spam is strictly prohibited.
  • All messages sent through our services must comply with the U.S. CAN‑SPAM Act and any other applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction, including but not limited to:
    • Clear and non‑misleading subject lines.
    • An effective unsubscribe mechanism in every message, with unsubscribe requests processed within ten (10) business days.
    • Unsubscribe links that do not expire.
    • Recipients who unsubscribe must not be re‑subscribed without explicit consent.
    • Each message must include a valid physical postal address for the sender.

  1. Prohibited Uses
  • Messages sent via Mubdie Services must not use deceptive or fraudulent practices, including but not limited to:
    • Forged or invalid headers.
    • Use of invalid, misleading, or nonexistent domain names.
    • Technical measures that hide or falsify the message origin or delivery path.
    • Deceptive addressing, misleading subject lines, or false content.
    • Using third‑party domains or equipment without the third party’s explicit permission.
    • Failure to comply with applicable technical standards and protocols (e.g., SPF, DKIM, DMARC) where required.
  • Collecting, mining, buying, or selling email lists for the purpose of sending unsolicited messages is strictly prohibited.
  • Hosting or providing DNS or redirect services for sites used in spam campaigns is prohibited.
  • Operating or maintaining open relays on subscriber servers is prohibited.

  1. Enforcement and Remedial Actions
  • Mubdie monitors email traffic on its networks for spam indicators and investigates complaints and suspicious patterns. Complaints are presumed valid unless the subscriber provides credible evidence to the contrary.
  • Mubdie may, at its sole discretion, suspend, disable, or terminate any account it determines to be sending or associated with spam, with or without prior notice.
  • If Mubdie determines a service is being misused or used without authorization, it may take technical measures — including blocking source domains, IP addresses, or mail servers — without prior notice.
  • Contracting a third party to send messages that violate this policy or applicable law constitutes a policy violation, even if the third party does not use Mubdie Services directly.
  • Subscribers may be required to provide logs or proof demonstrating explicit opt‑in consent from recipients before being permitted to continue sending mail.

  1. Reporting Violations
  • To report suspected spam or policy violations, use Mubdie’s official support channels, identify the affected brand or service, and include supporting evidence (message headers, copies of messages, timestamps, and any source IPs if available).
  • Mubdie will investigate reports and communicate with the reporting party and the implicated subscriber as necessary to take appropriate action.

  1. Waiver
  • Any delay or omission by Mubdie in exercising any right under this policy does not constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver granted by Mubdie will be explicit and limited to the circumstances in which it is given.

Policy Application and Updates

  • This policy is effective immediately and may be updated to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Last revised: November 19, 2015.
