How to file a notice of alleged infringement
To be effective, a written notice submitted to Mubdie must contain ALL of the following elements:
Important: If you email a notice and do not receive an acknowledgement within a reasonable time, resend using an alternate delivery method (postal or courier). Email delivery can occasionally fail or be filtered.
On receipt of a proper counter‑notice, Mubdie will take commercially reasonable steps to notify the original complainant and will generally restore the removed material within ten to fourteen (10–14) business days unless the complainant files a court action to prevent restoration and notifies Mubdie.
